ABOUT ME

A little look at me.

I am an avid hunter and grew up in Southern Idaho hunting upland game, waterfowl and big game. When I am not working I can usually be found in the hills working my dogs. I enjoy spending time in the field with my dogs, and watching the dogs do what they were bred to do, and doing it well makes every hunting trip a worthwhile event in my life. Nothing better than watching a dog do what it was bred to do!!

My dogs are not only my hunting companions, but an important part of my life. They are not kennel dogs--they are with me in my home and often accompany me when I'm working.

I spent many years working, training and trialing border collies, and I have found German Wirehaired Pointers to be an equally intelligent breed.
